Air-air cooling is a common cooling method for motors. There are usually three ways of IC611.IC616 IC666.

Because the rotation of the rotor drives the air to blow all parts of the motor, the natural cooling is enough for the motor with small capacity.

However, in most motors, internal or external ventilation must be used to enhance cooling.

At this point, the circulation of the air can be generated by the built-in fan (which forms part of the motor itself) or by a separate fan driven by other machines.

Individual fans are ordinary electric fans or fans, which are manufactured by professional manufacturers.

The built-in fan is the same as the other parts of the motor, using centrifugal fan and propeller fan as needed.

The centrifugal fan always blows the air from the middle to the periphery, which has nothing to do with steering; when the steering changes, the propeller fan will hit the air in the opposite direction.

The IC611-- is fully enclosed with cold self-ventilation, and the motor is equipped with a heat exchanger (air-to-air).

IC616-- fully enclosed external blower fan cooling self-ventilation, the motor is equipped with heat exchanger (air to air).

IC666-- motor is a fully enclosed motor with internal circulation of cooling air with an independent air / air cooler.
